In-store collection is available for most online orders. If a product is not available for collection, this option will not appear at checkout.
If your order is showing as "Completed, it means that we have received your order and we are working on getting it ready for you. We will email you a confirmation once in transit and a follow-up confirmation once it is ready for collection.
Standard Click & Collect is free, with orders ready for collection within five days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
For a quicker option, choose Next Day Click & Collect for £4.95. Orders must be placed before 3pm between Monday and Thursday for next-day collection. We will always email you as soon as the order it's in store, ready for collection.
Orders placed between Friday and Sunday using the Next Day Click & Collect service will be ready for collection on the following Tuesday.
