Once your order has been dispatched and you have received tracking information from DPD, Amazon Shipping or HIVED, you may be able to manage your delivery directly with the courier. This can include updating your delivery address, selecting a safe place or changing your delivery preferences, depending on the courier's available options.
Please note that updating your delivery address or requesting delivery instructions after your order has been dispatched may result in delays to your delivery. Liberty is not responsible for any missing or delayed deliveries resulting from changes made with the courier or from delivery preferences requested after dispatch.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, we can attempt to amend the delivery address. Please contact Customer Services. We will do our best to pass your request to the courier, although we cannot guarantee changes can be made and cannot certainly be made after the order has been dispatched.
