If you have received your order and it is missing an item, it may be because we were only able to fulfil part of your order due to stock shortages. In such cases, we will notify you by email and only charge you for the items that have been shipped. Any pending funds for unfulfilled items will be refunded within seven days.
Alternatively, your order might have been divided into multiple deliveries.
If you have not received any updates from us and are still missing items, contact Customer Services.
If you made a purchase in-store and items are missing, please contact Customer Services and provide proof of purchase, such as a photo of your store receipt.
