If you have received a delivery confirmation email but can't find your parcel, please allow up to 24 hours, as it may still arrive the following day.
In the meantime, we recommend checking designated safe places and nearby areas such as your porch, behind plant pots or bins, and around side gates. We also suggest asking household members or neighbours if they accepted the delivery on your behalf. Additionally, contact the courier to check if the parcel was delivered to a local pick-up point.
If your parcel is still missing after 24 hours and it was shipped to a UK address, contact Customer Services. For orders shipped internationally, please contact Global-e.
