UK online orders can be returned using our complimentary DPD service. Simply package your item with the returns slip provided, create a printable DPD label or a QR code which can be scanned at the drop-off shop, and drop it off at a DPD Pickup location. If there is no DPD location nearby please contact Customer Services. Alternatively, you can return your online purchase at our store by visiting Customer Services on floor 3.
If you reside in Northern Ireland with a BT postcode, this service is currently unavailable. Therefore, we will arrange a collection for you, please get in touch with us directly.
Online purchases must be returned within 30 days and in their original condition. If your order was in promotion and you received a complimentary gift with your purchase, this must also be returned. For more details, view our Online Returns Policy.
