Unwanted items purchased in-store must be returned within 14 days. To process your return, please visit Customer Services on Floor 3 and bring your receipt or proof of purchase with you.
Kindly note that items purchased during sales or promotional events may only be exchanged or returned within the duration of the sale or promotion, or within 14 days of purchase.
For damaged or faulty items, or if you are unable to visit the store, please contact Customer Services to explore alternative solutions. Ensure you include a photo of your in-store receipt, showing the till number, transaction number, and purchase date.
