If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact Customer Services and include a photo or video of the damaged or faulty items or packaging, along with your order number. For all other exchanges, these can be processed in-store only. To complete your exchange, please collect your desired item from the shop floor and bring it, along with your online order, to Customer Services on floor 3.
If you're unable to visit the store, simply return your unwanted item using our free DPD returns service, (https://our-returns.dpd.co.uk/LIBERTY_LONDON) and place a new order online for your preferred item.
