If you return an online order purchased using your Beauty Drop credit, the credit amount will be refunded as a new Liberty e-gift card. It will not be returned to your Beauty Drop balance.
Any remaining amount paid by another payment method will be refunded back to that method.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that have been used, worn, or are not in their original condition. This includes products with tags removed, seals broken, or any unsealed beauty items, such as cosmetics, fragrances, and candles that have been opened, tested, or used.
Your Liberty e-gift card will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please check your inbox, as well as your spam or junk folders. If you did not receive the e-gift card containing your Beauty Drop refund, please contact Customer Services.
