If you return an online order purchased using a Loyalty voucher, the voucher value will be automatically refunded to a new Liberty e-gift card, rather than being returned to your original Loyalty voucher. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
The e-gift card will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please check your inbox, as well as your spam or junk folders. If you do not receive your e-gift card containing the refunded Loyalty voucher our team can review this with you.
