Once your order has been shipped and you have received tracking information from DPD or Amazon, you can track your delivery and make changes directly with the courier.
Please note that we are not responsible for missing or delayed deliveries resulting from changes you make with the courier.
If you initially chose courier delivery but would prefer to collect your order from our store instead, we may be able to arrange this for you provided your order hasn’t already been picked and processed for shipping. Please be aware that this cannot be guaranteed.
