If you have signed up for an online Loyalty account, you can view the status of your order in the 'Online Order History' section on your account homepage.
Here’s what each order status means:
New - We have received your online order and it's awaiting processing.
Open - Your order is being prepared, and we’re in the process of picking your items.
Cancelled - We weren't able to fulfil your order. This may be due to stock availability or a system error. We'll notify you via email if this happens, however if you don't receive an email, or would like more information about the cancellation, contact Customer Services.
Completed - Your order has been picked and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email, followed by another email with tracking details.
