Orders shipped internationally are managed by Global-e. If your order has not yet been dispatched, Global-e may be able to update the delivery address provided the new address is within the same country or region. To request a change, you will need to provide your email address and order number (international order numbers begin with GE).

If Global-e is unable to update the delivery address, the parcel will be sent to the original address and may eventually be returned to the sender. Please note that this process can take several weeks.
