Once your order has been despatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us, along with a separate email from the courier containing your delivery and tracking details.
You can track your order with DPD using your tracking number and postcode. For live updates and to set delivery preferences, we recommend downloading the DPD app.
If your online order is shipped with Amazon Shipping, you can track it using your tracking ID. For selected orders delivered by Amazon Shipping, you will be provided with a 6-digit one-time passcode (OTP) to share before your parcel can be handed over. You will receive this code by SMS and/or email on the day of delivery. Therefore, please ensure somebody is home to provide this code.
For orders delivered by HIVED, please visit the HIVED portal and enter your Tracking ID and postcode.
Proof of delivery is required for all orders to ensure safe and secure arrival.
