For online orders, there's no need to enter your in-store Loyalty account number to collect points. Simply log in to your online account before placing your order, and points will be automatically added to your balance once your order has shipped.
Please note that your Loyalty account number is not visible on your online account homepage. If you would like to know your Loyalty number, simply ask a member of our in-store team during your next visit.
If you forgot to log in to your account before placing an online order, please contact Customer Services with your order number and the email address associated with your Loyalty account.
For in-store purchases, simply provide your full name and email address or postal address at checkout, and your points will be added to your account. These will appear on your online account within 72 hours. If your points haven't been added after this time, please contact Customer Services.
Please note that you won't earn Loyalty Points on delivery fees or the following purchases: gift cards, gift coins, event tickets, charity donations, rugs, and food and drink at the Liberty restaurant.
