There may be times when we need to cancel your order due to a system error, items being out of stock, or payment issues. If that happens, we will do our best to notify you via email.
No payment will be processed for orders that we cannot fulfil, and any pending funds will be refunded to your original payment method within seven days.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to reorder the item on your behalf, but you’re welcome to place a new order. If the cancellation was due to a payment issue, we suggest trying again with a different payment method.
