Online purchases must be returned within 30 days and in their original condition. If your order was in promotion and you received a complimentary gift with your purchase, this must also be returned. If you wish to return an item purchased using a promotional discount, the same discount will be applied when calculating your refund. Therefore the amount refunded will reflect the actual price you paid for the goods. If you purchase multiple items under the promotional discount, the discount will be allocated proportionately across all of the eligible goods you have purchased.
