Once you’ve sent your return back to us, it can take a little time for it to arrive and be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
When you create a return, whether UK or international, you will receive a returns label and a tracking number from the courier.
We recommend using this tracking number to check the progress of your return on the courier’s website.
If the tracking shows that your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for it to be checked and processed accordingly.
