As of 2 March 2026, we are closely monitoring ongoing airspace restrictions in certain regions. These restrictions are affecting air freight capacity and airline crew movements, which may result in delivery delays for some international orders.
Below is the latest operational status by country:
Current Airspace Status
United Arab Emirates (UAE) - Airspace closed. This is significantly impacting air freight movements and crew rotations.
Saudi Arabia - Airspace remains open. Some international routes are affected due to wider regional restrictions.
Oman - Airspace remains open. However, select airline cancellations are affecting flight availability and scheduling.
Bahrain - Airspace closed. This is limiting air freight and personnel movement.
Kuwait - Airspace closed. Air freight capacity and crew movements are restricted.
Qatar - Airspace closed. Air freight and crew operations are restricted.
Egypt - Airspace open. No reported operational impact at this time.
Jordan - Airspace open. No reported disruption at this time.
Will my order be delayed?
Orders travelling to, from, or via affected airspace may experience delays. This may include:
Extended transit times
Temporary pauses in tracking updates
Delays to Express delivery services
Where possible, our courier partners are rerouting shipments to minimise disruption. However, some delays may be unavoidable while restrictions remain in place.
What should I do?
There is no action required at this stage. We recommend:
Monitoring your tracking information for updates
Allowing additional time for delivery
Contacting our Customer Services team if your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work with our logistics partners to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
