The next Loyalty vouchers will be issued from 1 April 2026.
We aim to send all vouchers as quickly as possible, however it may take up to two weeks for all customers to receive theirs. We kindly ask that you allow until the end of the second week of April before getting in touch.
These vouchers will be sent by email to the address linked to your Loyalty account. If you cannot see your voucher, please check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folders.
Please note that Loyalty vouchers are no longer sent by post.
Loyalty vouchers are sent to the email address associated with your Loyalty account and are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
This process happens four times per year. Please see below for the Loyalty calendar dates.
28th February – Points are assessed and removed, voucher created and sent in April
31st May – Points are assessed and removed, voucher created and sent in July
31st August – Points are assessed and removed, voucher created and sent in October
30th November – Points are assessed and removed, voucher created and sent in January
