Providing you earnt enough points between 1st June and 31st August, eligible points were removed from your account on 31st August to be converted into a Loyalty voucher. The latest Loyalty voucher was sent by email on the 4th October, please check your inbox and junk folders.
On 30th November, eligible points earned between 1st September and 30th November were removed from your account and are being converted into the next Loyalty voucher which will be sent in January 2025.
Loyalty vouchers are sent via email to the email address registered to your Loyalty account and are valid for 12 months.
Points removal and voucher issuance happens four times a year, please see the table below for calendar dates.
