On 28th February, points that met the threshold to generate your next Loyalty reward voucher were removed from your account. The Spring Loyalty voucher will be available in April 2025, please check your inbox and spam folders nearer the time.
Loyalty vouchers are sent to the email address registered to your Loyalty account and are valid for 12 months.
Points assessments and voucher issuance happens four times a year, please see the table below for calendar dates.
