For in-store purchases, it may take up to 72 hours for your points to appear in your online account.
For online orders, as long as you were logged in to your online Loyalty account before placing your order, points will be added once your order has been confirmed and shipped.
If you’ve recently created a new online account, any Loyalty points earned in-store will appear on your profile within 72 hours, provided you used the same email address linked to your in-store Loyalty account.
If you have purchased a rug or carpet, points will take a bit longer to appear as they are manually added before each points assessment date, which happens at the end of February, May, September and November.
If your points balance seems lower than you expected, it might be because we have converted your points into a Loyalty voucher.
