After you place an order online, we’ll begin preparing your order as soon as possible. We'll send you an email to let you know that we’ve received it. If you don’t see the email in your inbox shortly after ordering, please check your junk or spam folders. Please note, this email does not mean your order has been confirmed. Your order is confirmed once we have picked and shipped your items. At that point, we'll process your payment and send you another email with tracking and delivery details.
If we are unable to fulfil any part of your order, we’ll release any pending funds for the unshipped items.
If you've registered for an online Loyalty account, you can check your order status anytime in the ‘Online Order History’ section on your account homepage.
Once picked and shipped, you can expect your order within five days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) if you opted for standard shipping.
