Your loyalty points have now been deducted and the next round of loyalty vouchers will be issued from 1 July 2026. We aim to send all vouchers as quickly as possible, however delivery may take up to two weeks.
Loyalty Points that qualified towards your next Loyalty Voucher were deducted from your account on 31 May 2026. Your Loyalty Voucher will be sent to the email address registered to your Loyalty account from 1 July 2026. Please check your inbox, spam, and junk folders, and allow up to two weeks for delivery. Any remaining points that did not meet the voucher threshold will remain on your account and will count towards your next Loyalty Reward Voucher, along with any points earned from 1 July 2026 onwards.
Shipping of January's Beauty Drop box will commence on the 15th of the month. For new subscribers, the first box will be October's Beauty Drop which will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your initial payment. After that, boxes will follow our usual shipping cycle, arriving quarterly in January, April, July, and October, typically during the third week of each month.
UK online orders can be returned using our complimentary DPD service. Simply package your item with the returns slip provided, create a printable DPD label or a QR code which can be scanned at the drop-off shop, and drop it off at a DPD Pickup location. If there is no DPD location nearby, contact Customer Services. Alternatively, you can return your online purchase at our store by visiting Customer Services on floor 3. If you reside in Northern Ireland with a BT postcode, this service is currently unavailable. Therefore, we will arrange a collection for you. Online purchases must be returned within 30 days and in their original condition. If your order was in promotion and you received a complimentary gift with your purchase, this must also be returned.
The next Loyalty Vouchers will be issued from 1 July 2026. We aim to send all vouchers as quickly as possible; however, it may take up to two weeks for all customers to receive theirs. Please allow until 14 July 2026 before getting in touch if you have not received your voucher. Vouchers will be sent by email to the address linked to your Loyalty account. If you cannot see your voucher, please check your inbox, spam, and junk folders.
Items available exclusively in-store cannot be shipped to international destinations. For UK addresses, it may be possible to place a mail or telephone order for in-store only items. To enquire, contact Customer Services and provide a full description of the product, including the brand, price, size, colour, and quantity required. Website links and photos of the product are also helpful. Please note that items from our Christmas Shop that are not listed on our website cannot be ordered by mail or telephone.
